Costs (general information)
To provide participants with the greatest value
and flexibility in their travel arrangements we have separated the
cost of participating in a Music Adventure Tour into two components:
Airfare
Air travel has been priced separately to enable participants in
"mileage" and "reward" programs to use their "points"
toward the cost of air travel (reducing total cost). We have engaged
the services of Cambridge Travel
in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA to help price, arrange, and book your
air travel. If preferred, participants are welcome to make their own
air travel arrangements.
An MAT Package typically includes:
- choice of accommodations
- group meals (lunch or dinner provided daily)
- excursions & entrance fees (museums, nature walks, shopping)
- ground transportation

- scores & pre-departure practice materials
- rehearsal & preparation for concert
- performance expenses
- workshops exploring local cultural traditions
- opportunities for informal music-making

Deposits
A deposit of $500 (US) per person is due with application.
Payments
We generally prefer payment by check although credit cards may be used
(Mastercard, Visa & American Express). Checks should be made payable
