The total cost of your tour depends upon several options including airfare and your choice of accommodations. Please review general information about costs.

We have made arrangements to offer you a choice of accommodations in Aberdeen located on the campus of the University of Aberdeen in Old Aberdeen. There are three styles of accommodations available. For more detail please see accommodations.

These figures reflect cost based on arrival in Aberdeen on July 3, 2004 and departure from Aberdeen on July 11 (8 nights accommodations). The following example illustrates the cost for an individual musician participating in the the Scotland/Mendelssohn Elijah tour departing from the east coast of the United States (Boston, New York, Washington) and sharing a double room.

Special Arrangements

To accommodate a broad range of participants, we offer several categories of special arrangements. Please contact us for additional details about the following special cases:

Families -	who wish to travel and stay together.
Groups -	A group rate is available when 8 or more participants apply together.
Local Musicians -	Local singers and instrumentalists are welcome to join us in their home cities. We can accommodate you with a special rate based upon performance related participation and any additional activities you choose.
Non-Performers -	If someone in your familiy or group wishes to join the tour but not participate in the rehearsals or concert, we can offer a special rate to accomodate them.
