Participants have a choice of three styles of accommodations (A,B,C) in Aberdeen which are located on the Old Aberdeen campus of the University of Aberdeen. Each plan includes breakfast served daily in Crombie, plus one additional meal daily (lunch or dinner) provided as part of each day's activities.

Basic Accommodations are located in Crombie Hall and consist of a single bed per room with private bath (shower). The room has a telephone but there is no television in the room.

Deluxe Accommodations are available in King's Hall in either single or shared double (twin-bed) configurations. King's Hall is a non-smoking facility featuring a number of in-room ammenities. All rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, featuring private baths (shower), direct dial telephone, television, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and for the impeccably attired, a trouser press. Parking is conveniently adjacent to the Hall.
